Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the End of Life Planner marketing website and early-access email list (the “Service”) operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Not a will; not legal advice
The Service and any future planner product organise wishes and documents only. They do not create a will, power of attorney, advance directive, or other legal instrument, and do not provide legal, medical, or funeral-director advice. Consult qualified professionals for legal documents and advice.
2. What the Service is today
At this stage the Service is a marketing website and an early-access email waitlist only. The full end of life planner application (vault, sharing, export, and related features) is not yet available. Descriptions of product features on marketing pages describe the planned product and are not a promise that those features are live today.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the early-access list or use the Service.
4. No payment in this MVP
Joining the early-access list does not require payment. References to a $79 early-adopter price describe an upcoming one-time price for the future product. We will not charge your card through this waitlist flow.
5. Early-access list and communications
When you submit your email, we collect and use it to confirm your place on the list and to notify you about launch and related product updates according to your preferences. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit automated spam, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
7. No account vault or sharing yet
This MVP does not provide an account vault, encrypted document storage, trusted sharing, or export features. Do not upload sensitive documents to this waitlist site.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to USD $0 for free waitlist use (or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. [Confirm entity and venue before publish.]
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and, where appropriate, emailing the early-access list. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact and deletion requests
For questions or to request deletion of your email from the list, contact: [SUPPORT_EMAIL].
