Security
Your saved plan and vault files are encrypted on your device. Understand what that protects, what the service processes, and how to keep access to your own copy.
What that means in practice
Encryption happens in the browser, before upload
Sharing is invitation-based, with roles you can revoke
Exports open offline, without our servers
Record where to find access instructions; do not put account passwords in your plan
Keep your recovery information safe
Signing in and unlocking your encrypted plan are separate steps. Keep your vault passphrase or recovery card somewhere safe. We cannot reset a lost vault passphrase or recover the contents without your recovery material.
Revoking someone's access stops future access through the service. It cannot erase a copy they have already downloaded or printed. Store exports securely and update them when your plan changes.
Information the service still processes
Encryption of stored content does not hide account emails, payment identifiers, sharing permissions, or check-in activity from the service. If you choose optional AI assist, the text you submit is processed to organize it before you review and save the result. See the privacy policy for details.
Where to read more
Storage limits and file handling are on the document vault page. Vendors are listed on sub-processors. The privacy policy covers analytics, email, and payments.
