Trusted sharing

Choose who sees the plan, what they can do, and whether they see it now or later. You stay the owner.

Example — who can see the plan now, and who waits.

How sharing works

Invite someone by email. Give them a role: helper now, or a later seat that waits until you release the plan or check-ins go unanswered. Change or revoke access whenever you like. Up to 10 people.

To prepare instructions for your online accounts, use the digital legacy guide alongside your sharing settings.

What you can set

  • See the plan now, or only later

  • Limited views so a helper is not dumped the whole file

  • Revoke access without rebuilding the plan

  • A later contact who receives it when you say so, or when check-ins stop

What sharing is not

It is not a public link, and it is not automatic access to your password manager. We never store passwords. Help for invites and sign-in is on the help page.
